What is Dig-Pay Payment Feature?

Dig-Pay is a financial arrangement where a third party holds funds or property until the terms of an agreement are met.

People are afraid that once they’re Buying items or Servicers and sending money to the seller or Service Providers, will not send to them the items or Servicers they have just paid or bought.

This concern is understandable. Luckily, there’s something to alleviate those concerns. A key part of Digxam service is a reliable though Dig-Pay Payment to facilitate trades between users on the platforms. This way the trading experience can be secure for all users.

When a trade is started, Dig-Pay automatically reserves the trade amount of Money from the buyer’s Digxam wallet and moves it to the Dig-Pay.

An example: a buyer $100 worth of Item and sends the money directly to the seller. Digxam is holding the equivalent of $100 in Dig-Pay, and once the buyer has receiving the items, the Dig-Pay will be released the payment to the seller’s wallet.

What If The Seller Doesn’t Send The Item?

What if your fear comes true, and while you have paid the seller or Service Provider, you’re still waiting too long for your items or Service to be sent to your country or your Address that he or she supposed to sent you or given you after paying him/her.? This seems like a scary situation, but there’s no need for concern.

The money have been reserved from the buyer’s Digxam wallet, so that if the seller runs away with your money and doesn’t send the items, the Digxam’ support team can release the money for you from the Dig-Pay wallet.

If you’re suspecting fraudulent trade activities from your trading partner, you can always initiate a trade dispute and attach the necessary evidence.

After that, Digxam’ helpful admins will come and take a look at the trade chat directly on comments section and see the details of the dispute. Digxam’ staff will happily help both parties to solve the case in a fair and timely manner.

You will never receive any transaction from the buyer Until you send the buyer's products or Parcel to our offices or Direct to the Buyer.
